The white idli is made out of rice & steamed & slightly fermented. The doughnut shaped vada is made of lentils. These are south indian dishes. The bread & chickpea curry is called chole bhature & is the breakfast of North India & mostly in Punjab.

We know that India is not just Mumbai of course. The reason we started in Mumbai is because international flights are frequent and cheaper. We are travelling around India currently we are in Varanasi 😁
