Leah as I thought you would you have hit the ground running in your first week as a full time collage artist and already you have achieved so much in your first week. The new desk set up really works and is so practical as well. It sounds like the collage workshop has really inspired you and it is great to be part of a creative community in person,it's always affirming as an artist to engage like this with other artists. I hope this first week shows you that you have made the right new path choice for this new chapter in your life as a brilliant full time artist. The discord platform sounds like a great idea to further build a community for yourself too and am sure it will be very popular and have a lot of members. The downloads sound like a great idea too,why not create a challenge of some sort around these like an open call and ask people to create a piece with the downloads and upload them online (including Pintrest) I hope you an get the Prints to a standard and finish you are happy with and it's good to hear how successfull your online business is becoming, but it's so deserved as you put so much into every aspect of what you do as an artist and I think this inspires others thinking of taking a simmilar path. You have a really pro active positive 'can do' take on things and I have no doubt the upward trajectory you are on as an artist will continue, so exciting that your art work features in a movie as well.I wonder if you could combine the collage painting technique you created with your regular collage in some way....Thank you for taking as along on this journey with you, it's really inspiring and great to see you really flourishing as an artist. I learn SOOOO much from you and your channel and I am MOST Grateful! Sometimes we get lost in the notion that everything has to be complicated and grandeous, while the simplest, tiny things escape us. You bring those tidbits of knowledge to the forefront, allowing us to create something more beautiful than we would have thought; remembering to calm ourselves down in order to think/create more easily. Do you ever get into a rut? I’m currently lacking inspiration even though I just bought new collage materials and I’m not sure how to get over it. I think I’m feeling perfectionistic instead of just enjoying the process
I'm so happy to hear it 😁 yes definitely! If you watch my other videos I talk about using a junk journal to combat this feeling, I think you should give it a try.
Put the tape on the front side close to one of the corners and angled 45 dg.

Do you actually support yourself just doing your art or is it funded in part by your husband?
I'll give you the benefit of the doubt that you're not on here trying to belittle women who support a male's 9-5 with their free labor... For myself I work full time and do my art and channel on top of that. I could do my art full time if I chose to.
