I love this distinction! Great nuance, Rachel. Childhood experiences colored my lens, and I've needed to work hard to recognize the maladaptive tendencies I have. I love the "stop at 90%" idea! Really, really helpful. I'm a fusser too!
Thanks for sharing! The stop at 90% rule is a HUGE help for me! I think sometimes we just need that permission slip to loosen the grip sometimes. Do you have any other similar video ideas you'd like me to cover?
I'm definitely a perfectionist. 😊 The phrase: *"good and done, not perfect and never done"* has been helpful for me in learning to comple projects without obsessing over continually tweaking at the end. I would also love to see a video about the process of how you have tweaked and continually improved your block schedule to get the most out of your days. Thanks for sharing! 🙂
Hi Rachel, I have really appreciated your latest 'off the beaten path' videos. Yes, this is me too 'sensitive perfectionist', and all the pain it can produce. These seemingly unrelated subjects are very informative and totally relevant to our KDP journey. I have noticed a certain lack of novelty with KDP TH-camrs. I do understand how hard it must be to stay relevant without too many repeats, so thanks for your refreshing videos.
Are you a perfectionist, too? Which one sounds more like you?

Thanks for these new videos. I enjoy your teachings ❤
Thanks, Colleen! I'd love to hear if you have any ideas for future videos that you think might be helpful. :)

That's a great phrase! Thanks for the video idea, it's a good one!

I'm a Canadian, a perfectionist, a highly sensitive person, and also approaching my mid-40s lol. I'm going to guess you're also an INFJ 😊
