Dave, I’m on the verge. It’s a very rough patch for us. When I heard you say ‘don’t quit’ it brought me to tears. Thank you for the strength. I’m going to keep pushing.

January has been a hard month for my Direct Sales Business and I was just thinking about throwing in the towel but what Dave Ramsey said resonated with me and brought me to tears as well. I get it. I won't quit but damn it sure is hard

I thought I was going to lose my business this last November. I decided though that I wasn’t going to quit and that I’d figure it out. So I enrolled in some courses to improve my skills, changed my sleep schedule so I could wake up earlier in the day to work before my daughter wakes up. Then I buckled down and got to work. Turned things around pretty quickly actually. It surprised me.

Managing Money is different from accumulating wealth, and the lack of investment education in schools may explain why people struggle to maintain their financial gains. The examples you provided are relevant, and I personally benefited from the market crisis, as I embrace challenging times, while orders tend to avoid them. Well, at least my advisor does too.

Prioritizing effective personal finance management holds greater significance than the sheer amount saved, irrespective of income source. Consulting a certified financial advisor can offer tailored strategies to optimize financial results by reducing expenses and enhancing income, regardless of whether it's earned through employment or investments.

I used to think like you. I thought I knew enough about finance and investing to handle everything myself but then I realize that I was spending too much money and energy on researching, analyzing, and monitoring my finances. I was also overwhelmed by the amount of information and options available. I decided to hire a finance advisor and it was one of the best decisions I ever made. They saved me a lot of time and money, and give me peace of mind.

I don't really blame people who panic. Lack of information can be a big hurdle. I've been making more than $21k passively by just investing through an advisor, and I don't have to do much work. Inflation or no inflation, my finances remain secure. So I really don't blame people who panic.

Mr Brian is a sincere man who understands the challenge faced by beginners. I started trading Bitcoin under his guidance after seeing his interview with CNDH, he dose not request for any chargers to teach investors on how to trade and generate profit for themselves .

    • @ChristineMeier963

True. I first came across investing in the market in 2019. Already stashed about $80k in savings then, and the free money from the Government was pouring in, increasing inflation rate. I just got an advisor and kept the money there, just because I didn't want to keep the value of the money depreciating in the bank. Tbh, it's the best investment decision I've made since then.

I will say the exit interview can be incredibly helpful Dave has built up and set up things so well and so long it's less important but you can find out things like management not doing what they should and the most important thing is are their questions or statements that should be added to the interview process example would be most trucking jobs are 60 hours a week for local drivers I know a small company owner that relised he needs to be very clear he expects 65 to 70 hours and these are required hours not optional

I'm currently working for a company that has 2 owners or "partners" and the sister of one of the owners wants to buy into the company to have 20%. I started with this company in February 2024 and already want to leave. Do you have any advice because this company hasn't trained me a single day, no one there has work to share and I feel like it's become a giant mistake because of how the role was pitched I guess what would you do? I'm applying to other companies but the job market seems to be shrinking or I just need to gain new skills

I see a lot of people commenting to never have any partners on an LLC.
This is simplistic and probably the wrong advice in some states. You should investigate the state where you are establishing it if they have Tenants-by-the-entirety clauses or case law, where two partners are considered wholey owners of the company, and the company cannot be dissolved. In Florida, for instance, it is better for a husband and wife to have the LLC rather than just one of the spouses. It is better for asset protection, as a single LLC is more susceptible to creditors.
These things should be consulted with an asset protection attorney.

  • @nvc.

Isn't a LLC suppose to protect or separate what belongs to the owner from what belongs to the LLC?? Why hould the LLC percentage be at risk when it's him that is filing bankruptcy???

Can’t run a business when it’s 50% owned by the court they are not going to work with you. They are going to liquidate their ownership stake. Larry didn’t lose his personal home he is losing his business.

In some states, it is better to have a multi member LLC for acid protection. Yes, don’t partner with somebody else, but in some states, you should partner with your spouse.
