She's better than Stene, because she can survive AoE and disrupt while pushing herself, while Stene is stuck waiting for her turn hoping she'll never get controlled or AOE'd. Stene wants to ramp up overtime while Céline is likely to kill one or two units right away Céline is also a decent pick to actually deal with Stene, since she's most likely gonna one-shot her with S2 Both units are okay in different situations but I'd say Céline is in a better spot currently
Right she's got 3 if I remember and she didn't need a buff after her damage hike as she was still usable in right situations and would have made a great 3rd pick before her buff.
S Poli? like Sea phantom? she doesn't cut your push. She pushes back by 20% which is offset by artifacts 24%. you'd then have 34% to cut up to 300. If you're fighting fire poli on top too then your cut is pushed then which you'd have to re-eval your draft.

But let's actually look at this you have to secure a kill without it being fix damage and it's a 1 turn stealth that is tied to a passive it should be reproc for a lil more security for a squishy unit like him where she has a barrier evade and stealth.

am a bit late but shouldn't you aim for ~240spd since her push is divided by two when used against S.Poli? I found myself behind cut and cleaved
