I've got the same issue. It's got so bad that the tyre well filled up and water actually ran down below the rear seats into the rear foot well. So now I've got to somehow remove the rear seats and get that all dried up. Thanks for the video, I'll check out those bumper connectors!
I'll be honest, I didn't. I simply removed all carpets from the boot. That way any water that collects doesn't soak up into anything, doesn't start to smell. Maybe not a solutions for everyone though, some people need the carpets, trim etc :)
Having the same issue, I used silicone around the rear light gaskets but water still coming in through those white vents, I might just silicone the top of the white vents too and see what happens
I actually fixed it since I commented on this video ,I ended up taking the back bumber off and I took the vent behind the bumber on the left hand side off and resealed it and that was it bone dry after I couldn't beleave it if you need any help doing yours let me know 👍
@@joshlehan8057 finished up with the vents about 10hrs ago but still noticing water getting in the boot! Raining loads so I noticed it pretty quick. I got an “SR” model which comes with a spoiler and located water coming from the top of the back window/ spoiler aswel argh!
