Taylor did better than most against Mesenbrink. Nebraska has a scrappy team. I give all their guys credit.

Still Mesenbrink has been pretty stellar and consistent. I don’t think he loses to anyone not named O’Toole or Carr at this point.

The thing ya gotta really like about Mitchell is he's not trying to take you down, he's not trying to beat you in a decision. He has one game plan. He wants to pin you. I'll be surprised if he's not in the top 3 at nationals.
Yes. It seems as though MM can get to the national semis. That alone will be a great achievement for a freshman.

165 lbs is a vicious weight class this year. Looking forward to seeing him take on O’Toole or Carr to see where he is compared to NCAA champs.

Mesenbrink is so fun to watch. Love his energy and mat attitude. Is he small for 165? My amateur opinion is he is good match up to Carr but not O'toole. College wrestling fans get to enjoy this guy for 3 more years.
