The dude playing the most dangerous prisoner role in real life is called "the nightmare" and used to be a scrawny kid till he decided he wanted to be horrifying. And he achieved it. Mad respect.
His name is Martyn Ford and he's extremely eloquent, intelligent, and completely unlike the character he portrays here.

this movie has taught me to just take the win and forget everything else, bro ruined his life for forgiveness and it wasn't even his fault the dude died, also to know your limits - like why did the guy keep getting up and the judge did nothing about it.

The fight choreography in this movie looks incredible. I can’t tell if some of it is effects or if the fighters are really pulling off these incredible kicks. I know it’s sped up to look even more impressive, but regardless if all of that is legit, the fighters in this movie deserve some incredible respect for making every fight exciting to watch.
Normally in fight movies, or boxing movies, you maybe get 5-10 minutes of real intense fights, but this is one of the first I’ve seen to actually give multiple incredible actions scenes, as well as the fights in public or elsewhere.
This won't be, the anti gravity effects are use by strings attached to somewhere above, which are cropped out.

@@-aid4084 its not wire work, its speed ramping. They slow down the moments before contact to make it look like they get air time. Then they speed up during the kick and/or cut a frame, to make it look extremely fast and hard hitting.
Individually the techniques are possible but not all together. Movie fighting us nothing like real life. This is only possible cause it’s choreographed.

Damn... Didn't expect Boyka to appear in any of this recaps. Undiputed is still the best fighting movie franchise imo. I remember watching Undisputed 3 for like 20x times, no kidding.
Too bad they could not have made more movies with a "shared universe" like the Marvel superhero movies. For example, "Turbo" from Undisputed 3 should have his own series, and Mike Jai White's Iceman should have had an adventure after his defeating Boyka.
I posted on IMDB a few years ago that a good way to have a rematch between Boyka and Chambers would be if both of them entered a single elimination MMA style tournament much like BLOODSPORT. Maybe there is a few million dollars prize money for the winner and both Boyka and Chambers need it. Maybe Boyka is trying to raise money to help his church and some impoverished people in his community and maybe Chambers is not allowed to box anymore for some reason (like his criminal record).
And of course the several dozen OTHER fighters would all just be cannon fodder until it whittles down to Boyka and Chambers. This time I would want Boyka to win but for them to become friends and allies.

This is why having a trained ref is important, it heavily reduces deaths in the ring, when the rest mist descends - people won't give up, they will get back up until they die.
This is by far the best motivating short video I have ever watched . God bless the maker of this film. It has really ignited something positive in me.

I love this movie! I remember watching it with my dad and coincidentally he's in jail at this very moment. I didn't watch the other movies about him but this has a place in my heart. Mystery recap just makes me download movies :')
Edit: You guys should watch the actual movie, its actually really good. It left a good lesson and if you're into boxing movies, this one is a recommendation.

Boyka really could have ignored his conscience and lived a fantastic life. Instead he ended up in prison for helping Ulma get out of debt.. What would you have picked?
Considering Viktor just kept standing up and refused to accept defeat I would've had a great life.
When you are a professional fighter you carry the burden of risk of either death or severe injury. That risk is part of the profession. Unless Boyka killed him with an illegal move or cheated in some way (he did not) then its fair game and he had no moral obligation to his victim. The man's widow was way out of line to blame Boyka for her husband's death. What is more Boyka told the guy to stay the fuck down, his exact words. He WARNED him because he did not want to have to hurt him any worse and he knew that the other guy stood no chance. He should have obeyed and stayed the fuck down. His death was kind of his own fault.
Ignoring your conscience isn’t easy you know - sometimes living with that guilt and knowing you didn’t even try to make things right when given the chance is an intense torture to live with.
Maybe it’s because of my religious inclinations but I would probably pick the latter.
I think the better solution would be to lie to the widow (claim you were a friend of the deceased or something) and give her the money to pay the debt.

Great story telling.... The Simping in this movie was/is God Tier! The main character and villain supplicated to the will of a woman who never gave them a whiff. She was annoyed by them both and relieved when it was over.

One of the best fighting series I've watched. All of the undisputed movies are good this is sadly the last one they've done though. The 3rd one is my favorite of all of them.

It doesn’t surprise me and Jean-Claude Van Damme played in a movie where he was a fighter, and there was a corrupt Russian warden. The warden would make the people in the prison fight for their entertainment. This is something straight out of Hollywood.

It's ironic that technically Yuri Boyka trying to participate in fighting competitions that are legal only ended up giving him hardship. At least he didn't end up worse than how he started in the end.

The story is nice, but I'm really sad about boykas life again. He tried to change and was a better man. I think he should've gone to Russia AFTER he became a fighter officially. He didn't have to be in a hurry. Ik apologizing is not bad and I'm happy that he apologized. What I'm not happy about is that the quickness in the apology cost him his life and career :( 💔
