I changed my exhaust pf gixxer nad it increased the performance. What all tips i can use that can increase performance?? Or any tips for engine tuning?
That's not completely correct info. Iridium spark plug on its own will never give you better mileage. It will give you the best mileage that your engine can output as stock. A new copper spark plug will do the same but will deteriorate faster that's all. Copper is more conductive than Iridium so yeh!
Iridium spark plugs has higher melting point than Copper one so good for durability and Iridium spark plugs feature a fine wire center electrode that is designed to conduct electrical energy better and increase firing efficiency the reason why it gives better mileage, this debate can go on and on but you should try on your Motorcycle and there is a certain reapsn why performance bikes ise iridium
@@GearheadOfficial tried on multiple stock motorcycles with copper, iridium and platinum iridium. The results were the same. They only last longer so consistent performance and mileage for longer periods of time but no gains in either of the 2 unless you add other performance parts.

Iridium plugs do come from the performance and racing side of vehicles where cars/motorcycles are constantly running on peak performance and load most of the time and copper spark plugs deteriorate fast. Thus iridium plugs for a consistent performance throughout the race or competition! But, for passenger vehicles, even for our day to day 400cc or similar motorcycles, copper works just fine and will produce the same performance outputs when changed as per manufacturer recommended time! In a completely stock consumer motorcycle, specially the ones common on Indian roads, the only benefit iridium spark plugs hold is the longer replacement interval without sacrificing the stock performance.

What most riders feel is a placebo effect and thw fact that they compare a worn out copper plug that needs a change with a fresh iridium plug which obviously will perform better. Hardly anyone changes from a fresh copper plug to a fresh iridium plug. And those who have, including me, noticed next to none performance gains except better consistency in delivering the stock performance for a longer period of time!
Copper plugsbar best , they dont load ignition coil due to better condutvity . Also run cooler in hot engine . Theye are chepest . Only thing they need cleaning , gap setting and replacement timely . Not great for difficult to reach position like in race bikes which are fully fared , cars etc. irridiumi makes sense there as it needs very less or non cleaning , lasts very long . But benfits in use is non
