Praise and worship is a way into His presence. In His presence there is fullness of joy. He inhabits our praises. It lifts our burdens. In praise and worship He is will open our eyes and ears to the spirit world. In praise and worship we are fighting unseen enemies and He is being blessed and is working on our behalf.
