I really like the educational style video Lydia.I am 5’4” so if you could explain how to adjust your styling for the more petite person that would be great. I do my best to adjust your ideas to my height and older age but the concepts I know can be applied to all ages and height. By the way your hair looks lovely.xx
Great video! It really explains why some looks with boots don't turn out so good! As a suggestion, you could show in the end all the "right" and "wrong" next to each other, so we could visualize and understand it even better. Thank you!
I have a pair of tall black Ralph Lauren boots that I wore all over Europe when traveling there to visit my daughter over a period of 10 years! They were beautiful and comfortable and it was hard to finally give up on them. But I purchased a newer, but similar version of them last year…. Truly the most versatile pair of footwear I own with classic good looks. Black boots are the bomb!

I would love if you could “shop your own wardrobe” to see how you come up with new ideas to put your outfits together. I would say I got quite good in combining things but often times I gravitate towards the same outfit concepts which makes it feel less interesting and less varied. Love your vids and Insta posts!

Please make a video about what shoes to wear with what pants in fall. There are so many pant styles now, it's really difficult to figure it out. Want my feet to be warm but still look cute!

Thanks for this video it was very interesting. This is why I find fashion and style so confusing though. I was literally reading an article from 2020 the other day that said the opposite of what you said about leaving a gap of skin between boots and a skirt. It said leaving a gap of 2-3 inches between ankle boots and a midi skirt was the perfect way to style them and not leaving a gap looks bad. There’s so much conflicting information out there on how to style things it becomes really disheartening and makes me feel like I probably look frumpy and outdated even when I’m really trying not to and have done my research.

Love this type of video. Totally agree about the skirt length…sadly as a taller person so many skirts and dresses fall to a weird length on the leg but this season with maxi length coming back I am hopeful to find some suitable pieces. Would love a similar video for white/cream boots (I have the same By Far boots in cream and can never style them!)
I think brown/ camel trousers or other light colors will look good with your cream boots! Or even scheme colour outfits similar to the shoe color will look amazing!
