Confused journalist. There are restricted airspace where aeroplanes are not allowed to follow. And remember to differentiate between civil aviation and military defense of airspace. If an aircraft decides to turn off its transponder, it is risking itself. Because in civil aviation, every aircraft is a friend, not foe. The ATC and the aircraft are expected to work together. Such criminal aircraft should be handled by NAF.

It is the secondary radar that provides the identifiers he is talking about, if he cannot get his own information right, how the heck does he think he knows what he is talking about!
This information is available on this same TH-cam, you can simply do a search on PRIMARY RADAR and you will find that it does not do what this "Journalist" is saying it does!
