- The Super Eagles of Nigeria find themselves in a troubling situation after being stranded at Al Abraq Airport for over 12 hours. The team, which departed Nigeria at approximately 3:30 PM, was rerouted to this small airport in Benghazi, typically used for Hajj operations. With no arrangements made for their transportation, the players and officials were left with no choice but to wait as airport authorities took an unplanned break. Reports now indicate that the players have expressed their desire not to participate in the upcoming game. This incident raises concerns about the logistical support for Nigerian teams abroad.

Why does Nigeria still maintain diplomatic relations with a country like Libya. Of what use is Libya to Nigeria? What am I missing? The team made the right decision to withdraw. Besides, they've been physically worn-out and shouldn't play in the match in such state.
Poor Audio
Let's see how CAF will handle this. Libya's actions were clearly intentional and well orchestrated. Libya should face CAF sanction to protect African football.
You are one of the people in your first video and you couldn't correct your first video by apologizing and i commented then too
Stupidity in Africa will stop 😢😢😢 this can never happen in America or Europe or any part of the world only Africa that this nonsense can happen how do CAF this foolish Act to happen I’m a Ghanaian but this is totally unacceptable
Nigerians Home and in the Diaspora need to sit and plan how to fix the country/ Its obvious NOBODY likes them. Sadly Nigerians dont even like themselves
Vindictive and Evil
This is a sad development. It all stems from how the Government and the Football Management regard Nigerians and their players. Poor Management, Poor Value and only Non - Professional handling of issues. Not everything should be politics. Diplomacy at it highest point should be done. Nigeria has got 40+ Citizens (Player, Management Staff and Journalists in there).
Sancruon from FIFA should be sought after, not just CAF, the CAF is corrupt with North African influences, Libyan interest will prevail.
No match should happen between the players, imagine the psychological effects, unsafe and hostile and hostage taking of players from another country.
What a same Africans are treating fellow Africans in this manner.
In the first place, NFF should have opted for the game to played in another location other than the Libyan country, due to the unstable policial and Football structure.
This is why Nigerian Management in anything takes things with levity.
