Don’t the children have to find their own visa once they reach 18 even if you still own property??? If the children are above 18 how will one bring them???
cool video - very informative. Tell me, @AlwalaaRealestate - what if I'd like to purchase land (in a permitted area in Oman) - may I then commission Architects and builders to construct the property to my specifications? Thanks in Advance!
How can I join as a fresh real estate agent in Oman? I have 6 month of experience in telemarketing, English is fluent, have potential to sale anything.
This third world salesman is a joke! He throws this number 450000 OMR number not knowing this is equivalent to 1,170,000 USD! for this price you will buy yourself a beautiful mansion in northern California!

Hello dear this is one of the many projects that Oman Muscat offers, just to let you know Oman Muscat is growing like nothing , I’m sorry you feel like this let me know if you need to know more about our beautiful Oman and the other project where the price may fit you
@@AlwalaaRealestate It can grow all it possibly can but it can never ever compete with Dubai on many levels.I have family in Muscat and have visited Oman on two occasions, sadly the nation is run by a sold out regime that succumb to the western powers accommodating for the rich and not for their own people sadly. I have no doubt there are wadiya that are beautiful but once visited that is it.The country is made for those who want a peaceful life in said areas but it still needs a lot of infrastructure I will give it another 10 years for it to come out of its shell but as mentioned its far far too expensive for what it is if they want more investors to buy then the prices must be reduced.
@@MrChiptatum forgive me, but if you're comparing Oman to say Dubai (where you see the latter as the yard stick), then perhaps Oman isn't the place for you. I'm a Londoner - travelled the world (think the Gulf, Singapore, and New York to mention a few - as if London isn't terrible enough right!), and I personally, would favour Oman over any of the others - because I do want a peaceful life. Now, all this talk of selling out is a bit pointless wouldn't you say? especially if you've lauding Dubai. I mean if you've been to Dubai, I hope you've got all the vaccines you need, because that place makes the red-light district seem like a holy place. One man's paradise is another man's hell.
