Yes, indeed it is. It's a male Goshawk. Males are a third smaller than the females and obviously more colorful when it comes to the plumage.

An interesting place for the hawk to eat. It is so close to the ground. I only see them eating up in the trees. Why did you make the tree like that? Are you actually feeding the hawk with the animal you killed? Is that why the hawk is there. Are you doing this to get better pictures of the hawk? Well you have succeeded admirably I love this video. I just hope that the hawk does not become dependent on you if you set this up.
By the way I just subscribe to your channel.

      Hey there,
no never killed a rabbit or a hare for the videos. All the dead animals you see are roadkills.
The Goshawk mainly feets on its prey while sitting on the ground. Plugging prey in a tree would be less common.
It lives in this area but doesn't show up infront my camera very often. Goshawks are activ hunters and don't relay on carcasses like buzzards for example. It's more rare, I'm always happy and lucky to see one in my videos.
Yes, I try to take pictures of it with my good camera. So if the trailcam shows it comes regulary for a while I get into my hide and shoot it from a distance of 8-10m.
