Revlon was the first to come up with their colorstay lipstick in 94, and I had one in a colour I loved. I kept buying it for years. Then I started with covergirl in the mid 2000s. I love them.
I just bought Good Mauve. I have a love/hate with mauve shades. But this mauve is perfect for me. I love mauve but it tends to make my face look dull. This one doesn’t. I used to try these in different shades and never got it to work. I think it was because I didn’t put a thin layer and let it dry long enough. Today I wore and loved the product matte more than with the balm.
I remember this product long ago being one of the first of its kind. It was very drying and flaked off over time like in 2 hours. Hopefully they have improved the formula. Would love a wear test. What color was the one you got?
@@KristiBergman I actually went to shoppers drugs and got the exact same color of the cover girl outlast and I love it. My only glitch is I wish it was one tube rather than 2 separate ones! That's annoying 🙄
Why would anyone want to wear lipstain or lipstick for 24 hours? I have several shades of this lipstain and it looks good when first applied but it feels drying to the lips and I have to use the lip palm often. It might last 5 hours if you don't eat or drink anything. When it starts coming off it doesn't look very good.

Kristi, I wore this on my wedding day in Natural Blush if I remember correctly ☺ I would definitely recommend it as a wedding day lipstick.
