I love the fact that this house doesn’t have 4 bedrooms squeezed into it, and it allows a fabulous dressing area and shower in the en-suite.
One of my favourite houses so far. ❤

Loved it - great value for money. I'm glad RedRow are sticking with radiators on the walls. My friend recently bought a new build, all underfloor heating - only some rooms are working, apparently, it's not very effective, even after they got it fixed. Great tour as always 💕🙌

Wow! I never knew that was a thing! But it’s likely the system installed was not very effective or was installed improperly.. 🫤
      Thanks for sharing 😊

@@PropertyVlogsUK she bought a new build apartment, it wasn't brand new though, it previously had one lady owner who didn't live there much. I'm in a new build apartment and I have radiators, I think they're much better - because if underfloor heating has a problem, one might have to take out all the furniture perhaps? Not sure... but radiators are great :)) But glad to see RedRow sticking to systems that work well for their new builds.

Great house tour and particularly like that all the bedrooms are a great size.

When the door to the Lounge is open it covers part of the window. And access to downstairs wc goes through kitchen and utility room. So much to re- design.

The entry way is definitely too small for coats and shoes. The whole house doesnt feel like it has enough space!!

From the front door you have to go through the living room to get to the kitchen

      I don’t like that either. That’s a big compromise.

Thanks for sharing your observations, we’ve got other house type and layouts on our channel, many of them don’t have this type of layout but this is just an option 😉

Another beautiful Redrow House, just flowed perfectly... My only complaint is no window in the en-suite, I'd still buy it !!

With majority of new builds there’s not enough living space. I would give up some of the space in the bedrooms for it.

One thing i hate about UK homes is the lounges are too small...how do you even watch TV when you are sitting so close to it?? The lounge should be the biggest room of the house. There is no point in having a very big and empty kitchen when the lounge is so small. This is where Africa does it better.

Because they are family rooms, meant to be cosy and comfortable. Kitchens are usually the hub

@@Only1Sosa. You will never understand what i'm saying if you havent experienced the normal thing before. Those side sofas in that video are almost touching the TV. It's because the room is too small.

@@shepherdkamumvuri1662 I understand and adore American layout and space even the walk ins are bigger than some of the main bathrooms here lol I'm just saying the kitchen is usually the hub of the home *mum cooks, kids do homework, dad mowing the lawn* kind of vibe Where as the living/front room is more lights out everyone snug Or visitors only 😅 I do understand where you are coming from tho

In this style of home there is an integral garage which means living space is compromised. There is a trend now in the UK of having larger kitchens with seating areas and smaller living rooms - often there is a small study too. As for watching tv perhaps they are smaller in homes of this size. Where kitchens incorporate a seating area there is often a tv set there too. There are much larger new builds in the UK with plenty of living space but they come at a premium - houses are expensive here.

The lounge AKA living room is more than adequate, it’s those over-sized TVs that are too big!

Call me stupid, but isn't it a bit weird having fridge next to oven? Also that towel rail so close to the shower ?? Otherwise i really liked the house.

Uk architecture/ design I have seem with these tours seems to be like doors, doors, doors find somewhere to add more doors. Having so many doors affects the layout of the room in terms of how to place furniture and the kitchen is a clear example. It feels like these house developers puts the kitchen cabinets, furniture, radiator in a bag and throw all in the floor. The concept to space and passage is awful. The dinning table between the 2 main doors in the kitchen.
I have seen less of box rooms but it doesn't seem they know how to use the space.
I would buy a new house in the UK on the bone because I trust these developers with layout of any kind.
    It is appalling

I love the house tours but you do state the obvious, this is a window bringing in light! I just want to see the rooms, I can see it's a window I know light passes thro. Don't need quite so much detail.

Firstly, thanks for watching our videos :) - It's worth mentioning that not everyone who 'watches TH-cam' actually watches the videos, some listen to them, and we like to be inclusive in case anyone has any vision impairments, so we do state the obvious ;)

I watch these for the interior design. This is a little bland.
