Another great video with a great message. Thank you! I like the positive spin you say after saying something that may not be so positive. Too many times we're told to completely remove the negative thoughts and replace it with positive ones. That's not always ..feasible. Then you feel like you've failed etc etc.
Yeah I don’t think I could prevent myself from having these negative thoughts - but forcing myself to end them with something nice or hopeful helps! Also in all the meditations I do they always say not to judge your thoughts and just let them pass, like clouds ☁️ I hope this tip will also serve you well 💕 thanks for watching!!!

Yes! Massive difference when I avoid blue light / screens, dim lights and cherry on top if I get to walk as the sun sets, observe sunset - that’s just the best. It’s so funny because we did so much as humankind to maximize productivity and cheat nature’s rhythms but it seems our bodies still operate best when adjusted to those natural cycles, following the circadian rhythm and so on. I am sooo glad you found the video optimistic. The past few videos I have tried to push myself to delve into some aspects of life that worried me, or thighs I wasn’t very proud of so I really wanted now to convey something more light and hopeful! So very glad you felt that it was! Hope you are doing great! 😊

Great video and great advice :) The first one is so true, buying an Apple Watch made me realise how much I actually move every day (I can close my rings without getting outside :D), we need to think movement and not workout. I also agree on aroma therapy, I don't believe it cures everything, but it does help me feel less anxious cause I like some smells. Also a fellow pessimist, I need to try the "but luckily" habit
It’s not easy but what I like about this method is that you don’t have to feel bad about having bad thoughts or try to control them. You just acknowledge them and try to give them a small positive twist! Hope it works well for you too 🥰❤️

Exactly for that reason! But I guess it varies from person to person. If I drink late, I will wake up! But then I know people who don’t

I think that eating chocolate is also meant to release oxytocin, but I'm not sure if its not fake news 😂
