    I think it's time you should consider to use wireless mic coz many parts of the videos where your voice was disturbed by the wind noise or the surrounding areas

    I love these pre-pandemic properties. And the design inside this building really muffled the sound of busy traffic and replaced with the sound of flowing water. Unfortunately it is impossible to live without a car here, that one can blame the MBSJ but anyway good review again.
    Looking forward for you to review more older properties, sometimes they are really worth it.

    Hey, nice la this review. Didn't matter to me about the edit hiccups. Good job, good job! A few years ago I checked out this prop (online) from time to time. Made a drive to the guardhouse and noticed the traffic noise was pretty high. It was a rainy, late afternoon on a weekday and the traffic was rather insane around that small tunnel - Water was rising too hehe. A friend owned a unit there and managed to sell that off recently though he made a loss. Quality of make ain't so good, I was told. I'm hoping for a review on Subang Parkhomes. It's also a pre-pandemic property with larger layouts.

    Hi Sean, is the unit directly above the first floor really the cheapest since they'd have to pay progressive interest earlier compared to units of higher floor?

      Progressive interest is marginal compared to the selling price.

    used to have one grocer and restaurant there before covid time, i guess they unable to survive due to lack of car park

    Maybe I am wrong, That area is Glenmarie, Shah Alam, right? Separated by the Highway Airport Road. Hence, that may affect the selling price.

    like ur prop vids keep it up, and this is one of those as u say part high rise part landed..... with the huge space inside and outside, wonder what was original dev price? i found the living area small though for a 1400sf unit..... cud have done better....cheers thx sean

    nice unit,n neighbours...nice specs too...pre-pandemic was travelling to Subang Airport often n always notice this,n suddenly u do review,i was thinking-aik got new one meh?probably coz after the tenant moved out...tat zone is sooo congested with so many buildings,n the road is a nightmare during peak hrs...off peak is super deserted,with speeding vehicles...soo many constructions going on too....sad,the LRT supportive amenities for pedestrian is poor...no decent walkways,even though sooo much land!seems messy the surrounding!
