One thing I can say is your Portra 400 preset is the closet thing on earth to the actual Portra 400 film. I don't normally leave comments on youtube and even though I had a little bit of problem after purchasing your preset, it was swiftly taken care of with an immediate response from you. And right now I am the happiest man on earth who can shoot digital and have a film-look result with just a few clicks in Lightroom. I shot a leica iiiF for a long time and im really exploring the possibilities to get into the M systems this year. I enjoy your detailed videos because i get to see all the goods and bads of these systems. Thanks for the content man!

Your Olympic national park pics depressed me. I was there a week before you and your pics were so much better. I told my girlfriend that now I have to go back to redeem myself LOL😆

Your work carries much inspiration to get out and shoot. My favorite videos from you is when you go out explore something new and hang with cool people and do photography. Awesome
I am also a Leica user and the M11 is my favorite camera. Love it. Very good feeling when shooting with it. Your photos are excellent. Especially those from the dolomites. I long for the alps when I see them.

Like you I own other camera brands but really enjoy the Leica M11 and M6 experience. Maybe i’ll stick with that combo primary for the new year.

Have been enjoying your videos. Congrats on the first year. One criticism of this one, however. If your purpose in making this video is to show your top photos for the year, then please show more of the photos and less of you talking. The photos are on the screen for such a short period of time it is hard to appreciate them. I like what you are saying but we don't have to see you say it when we are trying to appreciate the photos, which are really very nice. Just narrate in the background. We'll see what you do for the best of 2024.
@@davidherring Well, you can take that more than one way. I would say he wanted to see your work for longer. I know I did, it's great work, and seeing each image for longer would definitely be appreciated. Its a compliment 👍
