Lol, you can do the same in wash machine. Add these same cleaners into the wash load. ** To soak>Top loading machines only** I add Tide, Borax, Baking Soda to strip regular front load machines. WORKS WELL!!
If you have a top loader you can do a soaking option but not on front loaders. Just adding ot too the wash doesn't pull as much out as soaking for 6 to 8 hours
I have a big issue with grease stains. I have a samsung washer that is about 10 years old now. Ive stopped wearing some shirts because oil never comes out. This may be a good method to help with that.
I want to do laundry stripping for 2 reasons: to get them cleaner and to remove B.O. I really don't want to wash them twice. Why is it that laundry stripping should be done on clean laundry?
It’s because we can only get a inch of water in (he )washers that’s hardly enough water to wash anything!!!! So now we have to put our stuff in a tub and soak it😳

You can do this to an extent, but washers generally go 2 hours max, and little of that time will be soaking time.

I wondered about that, too. Mine uses a sensor to fill only the minimum water it needs.
