I'm new to leather crafting. This is the best video I have seen that shows close up, how to saddle stitch. I noticed many crafters don't discuss the "hows" when working. I found that to be difficult to learn a hat tools I need to use, and for what, as well as the stitching. You solved that problem for me. Thanks for those angles!!
I think this is the first time I have seen kangaroo leather used. I heard it is a sturdy leather, holds up well. It is not easy to come by where I live and expensive. I am also liking the frame you use for your stamp. Is that something you made? Thank you for your tutorial. Nicely done.
thanks! 1. 1.1 mm. 2. I made them 3. www.etsy.com/au/listing/225957136/leather-craft-hammer-vergez-blanchard-in?gpla=1&gao=1&&:pla-327138597241_c__225957136enau&gclid=Cj0KCQjwmpb0BRCBARIsAG7y4zZN9NgBUNIhkiuvUbxsizrDsl3P-ADDKXLiqBJqRB9NEriBY8WQgZMaAlQEEALw_wcB
Nice piece of work. Where can I get the glue bucket with the blue handle? Also, clarify: one cannot use the patterns commercially. Does that mean one cannot sell the pattern as if it were theirs, or does it mean that one cannot sell the product (card holder) that was made using the pattern. Man, Lots of these patterns on the internet and they are all basically the same.
@@CyberiaLyr5I have no desire to take your free pattern and sell the pattern as my own. But, to take your free pattern, make a product and then sell that product....that's hard for you to enforce. You couldn't do it. The larger issue is if that is your policy why post anything you make online. Nonsensical. But whatever, I do my own thing anyway, just trying to figure how some people think.
Had it not been trimmed the combination of the glue and the thickness of the thread would have made the edges bulky. She is carving to make it sit a bit more flat, plus ut helps w the glue adhere to the other leather

Thank you.

Is it possible to use the thicker leather? (maybe 1.5mm)
Hi, beautiful work! May I ask if what hand tool did you use for sanding the edges?
The downloadable pattern isn’t coming out to size. Can anyone help me with this?
I think there is an option you need to pick before printing, something like "print to size"
Print as A4

Hi, nice job. I have a 4mm stitching iron. If I use your pattern will the holes not line up right?
should be 3.85mm thank you.
you just try for yourself and adjust a little bit..it will work
Odd that you put crease lines on the credit card holders without sanding and beveling. I'm guessing because the leather is so thin?
Creasing finishes the edges
Hello! Are you in Perth?
HOW MUCH.
What are the names of the tools?
which one would like to know?
Hi, where did you get the leather?

Not sure why she trimmed the leather. It was thin to begin with. Over time, it will fall apart.
