    Ahh yes I made mine with shell cordovan leather lol now Everytime I wear my ID badge I get this cool feeling smooth slick felling which no other badge holder ever did!

    Really great video Jo, your skills are very evident in how easy you make it look! Enjoy watching your videos. Thanks for ;posting. You seem to burnish your edges using canvas alone - a quick rub or so it seems. I have watched other videos where leatherworkers seem to spend an eternity on their edges using wooden slickers, wax or tokonole. Why do you not do that, just curious?

      I will sometimes use some acrylic resolene on the edges to help waterproof them a bit. With the polishing all you need to do is create friction to polish the edges and I find a stain cloth is easy to do this with so only use that. Hope that helps, Jo

    Hi, would you mind giving some details about the Headknife and the Stainless Ruler with the “finger protecting grooves” (we guitar players that play with VERY SHARP KNIVES need to know where to get one....) Thanks!! Excellent video as always! 👍🏼 G

      Hey Gordon, Its a Maun safety ruler. I got mine from Abbey England. The head knife I have is a custom made one based on an older single head knife that I have. You can get a similar one from George Barnsley and sons 👍

      Thank you 😊 the glue is use is a contact adhesive called bostik 6092 it's used a lot in the shoe industry and is the best adhesive I've ever used 👍

      It's a single head knife that I got custom made but you can get similar ones online.

      Hi there, Abbey England and Metropolitan Leather are good places to look in the UK. In the USA Tandy Leather Craft, weaver leather supply and Osborne tools are all good suppliers. Hope that helps. Jo

      Hiya, I get most my tools from Abbey England (they do international shipping if you are outside the UK). In you are in the USA then have a look at Osborne tools and weaver leather supply they do some nice ones.
