@@EugeValovirta230V Did Nik bring riffs to you, or did he just guide you on what he was going for? Never was clear on where his songwriting comes into play since he doesn't play instruments live.
He writes with guitar and he brought riffs to me, I brought riffs, we tweaked the riffs together and sometimes he just guided what he was going for and sometimes I wrote everything (music) and he wrote the lyrics & vocal lines.

Is it ok that you used your neck pickup all the way thru?
I'm using the neck pickup only on the clean parts ;-) Parts with distortion are with the bridge pickup.
