Having issues with DCT. Trying to test hooks (thumbnail), but it only lets me put the same video in once.. How do you put the same video in 3 times so I can test 3 different thumbnails?

Hello Nick, Our FB ads were doing good and Cost per result was also good. But 5 days back, i have increased the FB ads budget by 20% and since then sale has dropped drastically and CPA is is in loss. Should I reduce the budget by 20% to reverse the changes? If yes, then should we never increase our FB ads budget. Please let me know how to increase the ads budget without affecting ads performance negatively.
It also could be the time of the year and desire across the market changing. I would scale back and try new creatives to align with people's mindset right now

Hey Nick, I’m currently running a new account and I’m using the strategy of Davie Fogarty and it looks similar to yours. I test creatives with Dynamic Creatives but Davie said to test on a very low budget like 10-20$ because a lot of people don’t know what they do at first. So that’s what I’ve done and now it’s been 3 days and I have 1 creative with 2 add to carts and a ,94$ CPC and a CTR around 4-5% for a spent of 11$ in 3 days but no sales. The other has a CPC of ,79$ and a CTR of 4-5% too with 11$ of spent too and I understand I didn’t spend enough to acquire one customer but my concern is how do I take it to the next level? Should I let run these creatives for at least 7 days hoping to have a sale or only with these metrics I should put these in another campaign with a higher budget and helps Facebook build more datas?
