They have the shittiest Customer Service!!!! They take forever to respond and have crappy policies! My annual subscription renewed and i didnt want it to... i reponded 1 day after i realized it had renewered asking for a refund (never a problem with other membership when i didnt want to renew) and they refused!!!! can you believe that?! I'm a small producer and I dont have a need of this now and the $199 is not a fee i can pay right now and now they will not refund me!!! STAY AWAY until they fix this!!!!
That absolutely sucks to hear. I have always had extremely fast and nice customer service with them, but I hate to hear that you have a very different experience

Audiio caused numerous problems: persistent video flagging, an unexpected $200 auto-renewal charge without prior email notification, and a strict no-refund policy. I believed I had disabled auto-renewal, and their AI feature was disappointing. The company's practices appear questionable.

set up a reminder a week before the subscription renews...cancel it if you don´t need it anymore. Simple..you´re an adult..
