    This is one of the best and most helpful channels I have found on TH-cam !
    Beautiful videos, nice animations ,the right time periods and general perfectly organized channel !
    It deserves a lot more views and subs !
    Look for making suggestion book videos on each topic or better top 5s as a "marketing strategy"

    Iv never understood white rice over brown. Why?

      It’s easier to digest. A cornerstone of the vertical diet is that it’s easy on the gut

      Rice has an anti nutrient in them called lectins, it is present in the hull, making white rice stripped of the hull be more digestible

      Brown is basically black in my eyes. And Everyone knows black don't crack, therefore brown rice is harder to digest. White>browns.. rice

      Not having chicken in the diet is just dumb imo. The main flaw of this diet is the high saturated fat. If you ignore the stuff about seed oils, cooking with butter and eating lots of red meat then its a great diet.

      @@liamconverse8950 His book is a whole program involving the vertical diet. The diet is base and foundation of the program. You are really looking for a reason to disagree with something lol
