I'm amazed at your sewing talent. I also loved the tip you shared on how to squeeze the foam into the smaller opening of the cover. I'll be using that tip for sure in some of my future projects. Thanks!
Hey thanks. I’m always learning. Its just a hobby for me but I like to think dad taught me a thing or two. I’ll be back with more videos soon so stay tuned.!
Thank you. The green was quite faded and had marker all over them. The brown is holding up great and fits the decor of the house perfectly. Have never tried wax but with all the tight areas that would have been a challenge
@@undergroundupholstery for removing magic marker, cover it with a dry erase marker and wipe off. Repeat if you need too. I worked at an elementary school. Lol
I believe I used 5 cans in total so roughly 2.5/ 3 per chair. Just start with the tough to reach spots first and the rest covers nicely. Two years in the sun and they still look like new
Great tips for restoring plastic patio chairs and customizing cushions.

You did a fabbbb job. Thank you for sharing, from UK.
Well thank you. I’m glad you enjoyed and hope you can get out and do your own project!
I loved that aqua color, I’m bummed that you painted over it.
Oh well, I’ll paint my chairs that color! 😉
Hahah thanks. I agree!! There’s something to be said about aqua, but when in doubt…. Brown it is.
The vacuum cleaner trick is genius!

What products did you use
I liked the green
Yes. Too bad I could not get the magic marker marks off. I tend to like making more work for myself. Thanks for watching.

Was it a Matte finish or gloss ?
@@mrsgoodtimes thanks! It was a satin finish with satin gloss still holding up to this day.
Bonjour quelle est le produit que vous avez utilisé pour nettoyer d'abord la chaise avant d'utiliser le kracheur.
How many spray cans did you use. I could not complete one chair with one can.
Thanks for watching. I used roughly 2- 2.5 cans per chair. Might have been a little much but I covered everything very thoroughly.
What kind of cleaner do you use?
Hi sayya. To clean it I use simple green and then wiped it down with alcohol to make sure there was no oil residue from my fingers and what not.
Do you have to use spray paint?
Sorry for the delay! Nope anything that adheres to plastic should work!

Que liquido uso ..
3 cans per chair is more expensive than new chairs
Yeah…. cleaning products ,materials, and a 12 pack of beer so I’m probably in the hole a little. You got a point… but it was a fun project.
