Pretty much useless. You need to have already created objects in Visio that correspond to the spreadsheet. What I'd like to do is simply write my spreadsheet and import it into Visio, then tell visio which object to use to represent specific things. Basically, the reverse order.
After that you can keep your shapes up to date with previously associated data. How can Visio automatically fulfil the data without a clue inside the shape?
Where's the next section he mentioned at the end of the video?
Thank you so much for helping me.
Very good
We have a playlist for Visio if you need additional training -> th-cam.com/play/PLzj7TwUeMQ3jhjVheARFAAAhevfkK4APv.html
Is there a way to import an entire workbook into Visio from Excel so I get each sheet at one time onnseperate tabs in Visio?
I have the same question, matching a worksheet tab to a visio tab. External Data import seems to choose just one sheet
Run the import wizard again and select the second worksheet and the two worksheets appear in your External Data window
thanks a lot :)
