It takes forever to wash a load . Agitation is awful. Never felt like clothes were clean and the out of balance issues make you want to use a sledge hammer on it. I guess that why the warranty on ours paid out instead of trying to fix it.
@LisaMarie it goes "unbalanced" too easily. It uses too much water for what is supposed to be a "high efficiency" washer. This replaced a Samsung frontloader that died on me right after the warranty expired. Have since found numerous videos explaining how poorly engineered their washers and refigerators are. Samsung dryers seem to be ok.
Thank you so much for the video. The calibration function was an eye opener. I checked the bolt which was tight. Ran the calibration and lo and behold I can wash bulky towels now 😂
@mo3skii Yes this was thing I think fixed mine too. Wow, again shows you have the watch many videos to find the one that works. This certainly is the best one that worked.
In rare cases there can be a build up of gunk in the outside of the basket. It cause the holes to clog and will not spin the water out fast enough. It willl also make your machine get OB.
editing my comment! i tried calibration like you said, and onxe it was on 0 i tested it, it got a slow start but it did start spinning again! (spin only cycle) it was moderately slow spins and then suddenly halfway its started spinning faster. ! i did hear a drip sound somewhere in the beginning though?
Already replaced the rods...nobody mentions the nut..went from constantly getting a UB code to a UR code..some loads would spin out. Others not at all. Previous repair..they replace only one rod instead of replacing all 4 for even wear. One of the rods was shot! So next is the nut. I already ran the diagnostic mode and it gave me no info but a ok!
That recalibration setting is RIDICULOUS. A Samsung rep showed me how to do that over the phone. He said it'll probably work but if it doesn't last, which it didn't, he said to call him back and he'll send a technician to my house to fix the problem but I told him that I'm calling the PENNSYLVANIA Attorney General's office and report Samsung for their CRAP washing machines being sold when they knew these machines are CRAP. That is FRAUD that Samsung committed and they will pay consumers back our money we paid for these junk MACHINES
@crifix. the white ring on top of the drum. Someone said to put 8 evenly spaced holes 1/4 under it to drain the water inside. Today, I found out the purpose of the water inside the ring. It acts as a counter to the clothes out of balance. I was wondering now that should I put the water back in the ring and close the holes.
Here is a different video for the suspension rod replacement how to. This one shows how to pop off and separate the main control panel and note that towards the end he removes the back panel. This makes replacing the more complicated harder to get to back rods much more simple. There is also a pressure tube and additional ground connections that you can easily disconnect and later reconnect with the back panel removed. Would highly recommend watching both videos to get two peoples perspectives. th-cam.com/video/I75Zh4Kl3OE/w-d-xo.html

It spins at a lower speed with heavy items. Just spin again..I'd flip the blanket to make sure all the excess water was at the bottom.
Choose a higher spin speed

Did u clog the draining hose? Or just doesn't go into draining

You should do manual calibration just for draining. Inside the panel there should be a paper manual that explains how to do that
@@ericreyna3060 you need to remove the drain hose and make sure the rubber piece the won't let water go back to the basket is in the right place.
