    Could you use vinegar if you don’t have the descaling solution?

      Hey m, Use of vinegar is not recommended. It's a weak descaler compared to other products and can leave behind a vinegar taste which can be difficult to rinse out. In some machines it can damage internal seals. Best option is the manufacturers recommended product. In a pinch you can make your own descaler using powdered citric acid. That's what used in the majority of commercial descaling products. It's a stronger descaling agent and has no odor or flavor.

    When you get the machine do we need to clean and prime it? Yea r is it ready to go?
