      Its all about good music. I do up to 80 minutes. Without music I would get bored after 20 minutes.

    This was literally all the advice I needed to hear, basically just do more cardio and for longer, nothing confusing very straight forward advice...so why the fuck does every other man and there dog complicate that questions..thank u lee

      @@nycwizrd8348 from experience I’d say fasting is way easier to achieve than calorie cutting. Or rather fasting will cut calories much easier than just trying to cut calories alone. Plus there are many other benefits of fasting, improved insulin sensitivity , ketosis and growth hormone release being big ones.

      Nah, fasting and bbing, lit makes no sense what so ever, dosnt matter what stage you are or in prep, fasting lit contradicts everything you trying to achieve, when you start bbing, your body is constantly trying to adapt/ and go back to homeo staysis, if you goal is muscle building and maintaining muscle/ even being ripped, fasting is lit counterproductive to all of that

      Think about this logically, who do you think will get better results over a 10 year period, a guy that eats breakfast and all his meals, or a guy that skips breakfast and fasts for several hours,the guy that's eating bfast will be bigger/ more muscular 100% not a single doubt in my mind

    Im doing this method now and it works. I do an HR of cardio 6 days a week and 2 hrs on the 7th day and I've lost 6 lbs so far this month. No strength loss with weight lifting cause as Lee said I didn't cut out food

    I used to work in a food warehouse and on breaks etc I'd take a forklift and raise and narrow the forks to do dips, raise them higher to do chin ups, there were multiple products in pails with handles from anywhere from 5 pounds to about 60 to do bent over roles, curls and shoulders. Could even do lunges and squats if you stood on a few pallets while holding the heaviest pails.

      daniel j i was in a food distribution warehouse full of racking, cases of food and lots of forklifts. It was practically a gym if you used your imagination

    I'm glad he said this, loosing fat is very simple... Calories in minus Calories out..It surprises me how many people look for shortcuts to get around having to exercise, then becoming upset because they can't reach their goals. Then they make excuses like, "I've got a medical condition", or "I blew out my knee" ect...
    Just get out and find something you like to do, walking running hiking; just do it.. The weight comes off pretty quick after that...

      The irony is... you don't have to exercise to lose weight. You can just go full water fast with some added salt/potassium. It's sometimes easier said than done but once you get past day 3... carb and caffeine addiction breaks and it gets much easier.

      Calories in n out is the one part. There is another part which called carbs. U cant lose fat if carbs are high. U can lose weight but not fat

    It’s so crazy how we can over complicate so many simple things. The truth is you probably aren’t strict enough on your diet. Stay strict and incorporate cardio like he’s saying, just do more cardio it’s amazing to hear this! It’s so simple but great advice no need to over complicate things

    I love Lee I genuinely do but he makes it sound like there is no thought to what he does
    Drugs or no drugs nobody gets to the kind of body fat levels he does by just doing cardio and cleaning up the diet yet eating the same amount
    I will bet my life he was meticulous and reduced his food as he went along if it was as simple as he says how come every body who's ever gone the gym can't even get near the body fat levels he did and don't give me the genetics bullshit of his genetics were that good he wouldn't blow up like a balloon when he's off season eating the same amount of food just missing the cardio
    He is a genetic freak no doubt and he's been doing this a long time but he definitely downplays how he got to look so fuckin incredible

      He Cuts Out The Junk In His Diet Which Amounts To A Large Caloric Deficit then he adds cardio from there. the main reason most People aren't in shape is cos they give up, it's hard.

      Why is it hard to believe that doing enough cardio will make you lose fat? It's all about energy in versus energy out. If you burn more energy each day than you consume, your body will continue to burn through it's fat stores to make up the difference. The energy has to come from somewhere, and if yo don't supply it, the body dips into it's reserves.
      Obviously the more calories you consume over your calorie requirement, the more cardio you will have to do to make up the difference and end up in a deficit by the end of each day. This is why Lee does an insane amount of cardio, because he likes to eat.
      This is physics people.....it's not magic or some puzzle that needs to be deciphered to unlock your fat......
      You either move more or eat less until you start losing weight. Your choice which one to choose or you can do a little bit of both. But it really is that simple.

      Losing fat is not like putting on muscle. You don't need very good genetics or drugs to get very low levels of body fat. At the end of the day just starving yourself will do it.
      I think any healthy person can get to a bodybuilder-like level of body fat, they may not look like a bodybuilder because they won't have the muscle mass to go along with it but that's another issue.
      It is easier for some than others but the brute force method of just doing lots and lots of LISS cardio is tried and proven. It sucks balls, but it works, when you're walking for three hours straight you're pretty much telling your body to either burn stored fat or die.

      I agree with you John T. Nobody does more cardio than ultramarathon runners and although lean most of them don't even have a proper "six pack" because their diet is not aimed at that.

    If your not on a big amount of gear I dont think you should ever do more than an hour of moderate intensity cardio. I'm more of believer in circuit training for like two 45 minute sessions at the most. Then you get your synergistic affect of combining cardio with weight training. I Only go up to about 70-75% failure but take little to no rest between sets. I think that's the best way to preserve muscle while cutting. I'll through some burpies and rope work in some times to mix it up. Too much traditional cardio will break down muscle it's a scientific fact.

    When trying to get shredded or loose fat and get lean would you cut out carbs and increase cardio or just increase cardio and keep diet the same? Usually a cup of rice and 9oz of meat a meal.

      If the diet is clean say you get down to 15-18% bf you can get to 10 with 2 weeks of DNP and 200-500 below TDEE with only fruits, eggs, beef, veggies and peanuts, long LISS cardio, refeed for 2 weeks at maintenance, and then from there down, clen, t3, and no dnp and Bam that's 2 months of straight shredding no trenbolone necessary.

      @@rayhall9228 I tried it years ago......I've never taken any other 'banned' substance. I was able to get it so tried it. It increased my strength immensely, put on a decent amount of size within the time period but it had zero effect on my body fat...which is what I wanted!

    My old boss came 2nd in a world championship BBC this how he's diet went I saw him every day eat this and do this workout soooo 6 till 7 on the bike in his living room moderate pace 7.30 am cornflakes and then 3 lots of chicken rice and broccoli till 3 o'clock then he would eat something really healthy for tea and maybe a diet whey after training every day plus a nice dose of mastron and equipose twice a week lowering the carbs week by week till reached desired weight and he was ripped to an inch of is life
