4:20 grasp your thumb in your fist, and turn your knuckles towards you. You don't have a peak because you are flexing in a way that makes your bicep LONGER (flexing with knuckles facing the observer), the goal is to point the knuckle of your pinky behind your ear. That is what will make the peak stand out more.

@@donalddannyou can see a video of a retired ron coleman measure his arms at 23 inches and jay cutler measure his at 22,5 inches. Non retired coleman was probably 24 inches

5'11 170lbs and 250lbs is a deadlift PR? And on a trap bar? Man, for his age he looks great but the performance is disappointing. I know he says he focuses on combat sports, but so did I for 15 years. The gym supplements ALL athletics. That's why even arm wrestlers do gym shit even if a lot of it is training specific.
