Fall of The Samurai will be one of the greatest DLC's ever made for a game for just taking a great game and making it amazing. Sad to see that potential fall with Rome 2 but CA will get itself back on task.
total war shogun 2 is the best traditional total war game, and then fall of the samurai is the best gunpowder total war. fots is what a dlc should be, its a complete rework of the game and not just a few dumb fucking clans that you can play with no new mechanics

You do realized back then Japan killed more Chinese, took more land than the Westerners. And literally did worse to the Koreans. Western powers didn't helped to just create a superpowers who dominated those seas, but a monster as hideous if not worse than them.
@@bosunbill9059 Only reason why Japanese did all of that is because they had 200 years of technological progress done in ~20 years while not progressing socially or culturally. So of course they were seeing Koreans and Chinese as 'inferior' much like Europeans saw American natives in the same way. So thank you West for forcing Japan to advance rapidly out of fear they would not be destroyed by colonial powers and indirectly being responsible for massacres in Korea and China.
I love how this soundtrack is not just a soundtrack. It's basically a journey through the whole Boshin War.
