woAh! 7:00 in and the ride gets aBsolutely intense Dude! looks fUn though! Now, good for yall mates! Never hope i miss a fAntAstic trip like this FaIr one!
Great video and great narration! I didn't realise you could ride to New Norcia on the Pilgrim trail. My uncle was a Benedictine Monk and Ordained Priest at New Norcia all his life, so I will put this on the bucket list. He's now buried there amongst all the Spaniards. Thanks for bringing this to my attention.
Thanks. A lot. We didn’t quite finish, but only portions from bells rapid to avon valley that a bit hard to ride. The rest should be fine. Wow great story about your uncle to be told. Let me know if you are also planning to document the trip. Would love to see the video too. Cheers.
@@perthportrait9550 Hi - I don't have the skills to document a video unfortunately. On the long weekend my 13 yo son and I did our first bike camping trip to Northam on the Kep Track. We camped at Lake Leschenaultia first night, and then road to Northam next day. I learned a lot from the trip. I took too much stuff. But he rode 58km on the second day so I was super impressed. I recommend the Kep Track - there's much to see.
@@joelyeldon8316 i was actually planning a bikecamping with my son, he’s 11 and planning to spend a night at that lake. I’ll definetly consider this. Thanks.
@@perthportrait9550 We had planned to make it three days to Northam but with the prospect of inclement weather on Saturday night we pushed on and made it a 2 day ride. The worst part was the road section of Eadine Rd which is for 6.5kms after you leave Clackline. There are four big hills which made it hard for the young bloke with his gear. Enjoy!
Awesome mate, Looked like a great trip. I love that you got your son to narrate the video. Very cool. And Cheers for the mention.
