  • In this video I make a shelf/divider to separate the bed area from the living area. Quite a challenging little project again to be able to get it to sit flush around the oem internal bodywork.
    Tools I used:
Evolution track saw Amazon affiliate link: amzn.to/3VVRUvW
Dewalt combi drill Amazon affiliate link: amzn.to/4azNT4X
Renault Trafic mk2 lwb side pods £625 Internal trims £269

Great video Jaz the divider with storage on the bedroom side is really looking good, like the idea of that to give a little more privacy, really made me laugh at the "Jaz that looks a heap of shit" lol, but getting the window side done in one go is a testament to measure things twice (or 3 times) and cut once.
love watching the transformation of the van buddy....

Haha thanks dude. Well, I definitely cut more than once lol. I was in and out of that van test fitting and cutting it more times than my knees like to remember 😂

Get yourself some quality jigsaw blades, you can get thicker blades that don’t bend for cutting thicker material

Yeah I think it’s the next upgrade to get. Good blades and I think a cordless jigsaw because I’ve nearly cut through the cord a few times now lol

My jigsawing is the same as yours, I have tried clamping angle iron down and running to that, but I still can’t get a straight cut, veering off or the blade bending, you tube says part of the issue is pushing to hard with crap blades 🤷‍♂️ who knows.
    Like the storage, 👍

I think you might be on to something there with the pushing too hard because when I think about it I’ve noticed it cuts better when I let the blade do the work. Someone else already said get good blades too.
