I am considering an American Hero spinning reel and found this video as one of the few that discuss it. Thank you for your opinions! Very helpful to me.
Glad to see you caught something with braid only. Everybody "says" you have to use a regular line leader - mono or flouro - so it's cool you have some of the brightest braid and still caught fish.
Hey I just want to say if you leave like a foot of line when you real in your bait then cast it would be a lot easier on you rather than reeling it all the way up. And if you flip the bale first before reeling it would be way easier to! Not tryin to be mean or anything just tryin to help you out a little bit. But I love the vids man keep it up!!
Thank y'all for commenting. Good to see that people are learning and like my videos
Rhett Watson how light would you consider the rod and reel to be?
AndrewHasAName just weighed it. It's 14 oz
Reeling in way too fast for a frog bud
Try reeling maybe half that speed and you would have more luck

Russell Oaks its called like cat pro or procat. It was cheap braid that i got because i had like no money at the time
He had LIKE no money
I catch with braid only all the time, its not true, especially in swampy water. Clear water you might need a leader to hide your lure
Flip your bail manually bud, forcing it to close with the handle will start to mess up your gears. Great vid and yes those dogs were annoying lol
Sure that's a Lews American Hero spin Como. I bought mine about 4 years ago....it's camo.
You should leave about six inches to a foot of line what you cast great video keep up the good work
Loved the video and you convinced me to buy it!

Where did you get it for 3 dollar
He said 30
But it costs 60 at bass pro shopes
Lmao 3
Lol...shopes
What action would you call it NOT POWER ACTION
which of those combos do you like better?
Your drag is sent too high it's not letting you get a good hook set
Why do you reel the lure up to the end of the pole
Is the handle interchangeable? Meaning can you change it to the right side instead of having it on the left side?
Austin DeHart yes you can screw the bolt from the one side and bring the handle to the other side
Also when the bass bite the frog wait a second and then set the hook!
How many B.B.
What?
Ball bearings
AJPRANGER 34 it’s six
You have to be more patient when setting the hook fishing frogs! Good video nonetheless
You never show the foot 🦶 what happened need to learn where the camera is at and your hands placement. 🧐 What kind of 🐸 frogs is that you are using.
If you want that reel to last stop turning your handle to close the bail use your hand to close the bail or the reel any reel will not last you
I think ur gonna break your reel if you keep closing the bail like that
get some hemoststt walmart for 4 bucks worth using for bassin decent bass
Nice video man
Radames Guerrero thank you I appreciate it
