The human body produces enough cholesterol for its needs. Adding other cholesterols into the diet increases a person's chance for obesity, atherosclerosis (clogged arteries), and heart disease. It has been proven, and it takes a few simple searches at highly recognized medical communities (John Hopkins, Mayo Clinic, Washington School of Medicine, etc.) to find well-researched studies that prove the negative effects of high cholesterol.

Esselstyn, Jr. He wrote the best-selling book, "Prevent and Reverse Heart Disease." He is also one of the contributing doctors of the documentary, "Forks over Knives." That's a good video to watch. I enjoy using a Monkfruit/Erythritol blend when baking. You can blend it up, turning it into a powdered sugar texture, which might be more pleasant tasting for some. I love using the blend for making homemade strawberry jam as well.

That with Dave’s organic bread w only 1 gram of sugar from organic juices fuels me until 2:30-3 😋 12:30 No spike or crash later.

i bought a bag of organic stevia powder (non-blend) which comes with a tiny scoop. i put 1 scoop in my morning coffee and the first sip tastes super sweet but every sip after that it no longer tastes that sweet, weird how that is.

Stevia gave e terrible headaches. Now I take Volupta a product with erythritol and a small amount of monk fruit. Erythritol, xylitol, sorbitol and other sugar alcohols are calorie free and benefit our gut flora.
Stevia cause me to have nerve pain burning of the nail and burning of my feet. I am now on monk fruit Stevia. I hope it does not cause those problems for me. I am not a diabetic and I don’t drink alcohol. I just want it something that won’t put weight on me the sugars that have OSE in it, they say it causes cancer

Well done. While not diabetic, I do eat low carb and if we do sweet, we lean toward using natural sweeteners like monk fruit, allulose, and stevia.

In the Asian families we use Monk fruit ( whole) in soups or in deserts. We boil it then remove it.

"Stevia in the Raw" is mixed with DEXTROSE.
