How can one get a copy of UBS-5 at the best price?
When will UBS-6 be out in print?
How can one UNLOCK a Greek word? It seems pointless to have a bunch of English words that SOME-TIMES do not seem to be related to each other?
So do the USB and the Nestle have all of the same textual variant notes?
Is there a way to find a list of the differences between the editions of Robinson's Greek New Testament?

The best place to buy a UBS-5 would be from used book sights online, Abe books, ebay etc. It shouldn't cost you more than $50. I've seen some as low as $25. I'm not sure when the UBS-6 is being released.
I didn't mean unlock in the sense of discovering a "new meaning", rather I meant it in the sense of reaching a better understanding. A poor choice of words on my part. Sometimes it's helpful to see how others translate and have translated a certain passage in the past.
The UBS and the Nestle do not have identical notes in their apparatus. The UBS is more focused on the significantly discussed New Testament manuscripts, where by contrast the Nestle will discuss any ancient manuscript of interest.
Are you referring to the differences between the Robinson Perpont text and the critical text, or the Hodges and Farstad Majority text?
If you are referring to the critical text, I'm not sure of any specific sight where one can find a complete comprehensive list. I've Dr Robinson state that his text is only 5-6% different from the critical text. Your best bet would probably be to check the major passages that are frequently discussed, ie the woman caught in adultery, the long ending of mark etc
If you were referring to the Majority text, I also do not know if someone has made an available comparison. I've also heard Dr Robinson say that his text and theirs is approximately 98-99% identical. The only passages of variation being the woman caught in adultery and portions of the book of revelation. Their text is essentially the same, the difference come instead from their text critical method.
