I have random panic attacks, where I could be enjoying a TV show, walking down the street thinking about puppies and and I will break into full panic. Also while I'm sleeping and I'll wake up sweating and panicking. It sucks but I'm medicated and in therapy.
But it's so interesting when non-panickers talk about it, reminds me it not everyone's normal.

That’s something I live with on the daily and it feels so isolating sometimes and hearing someone that lives in a completely different world than I do, it’s so nice . It was really brave of him to put that out there and it’s so appreciated. Shoutout to anyone who deals with panic attacks--in the moment it doesn’t feel like you’ll get through it, but we always do!
I feel like Zane’s anxiety is coming from that “imposter” syndrome they talk about but he is so cool. I seriously think the clog squad would lack so much without him. ♥️
