Hello, What is ur view on Nshama town square community to investment for rental income. Still we get 1bed in 825k inwards, whereas in Al-Furjan 1bed costs 1.1 Miliion if we go with reputed devloper. Do you think DWC airport help to boost prices in Nshama? Also it is little close to Emaar New community " THE HEIGHTS".
Been listening to this from people who have no idea of the current market since past 2-3 years now. Few months have turned into a few years now but crash hasn’t happened. Some correction can happen in the market at anytime but crash I don’t agree.
@@AhmadouXodia well it could be at peak but doesn’t mean it has to crash. There’s a difference between crash and correction. Markets have matured a lot over time and Dubai as a place is today appealing to a lot of people around the world as a safe investment destination and not only that it’s also a very safe place to live with your family. More people are moving to dubai than before hence crash I don’t agree on. 5-10 % correction can happen anytime and that’s normal and healthy for the market
@@AhmadouXodia yes definitely supply has to be higher than 2008 because the population in 2008 was 1.6 million today it’s over 3.6 million so it’s logical and if the government wants to increase the population they need more houses. Properties don’t get built overnight it’s takes time. You can assume what you want but numbers don’t lie. There is data today available for everything
I like her insight. Some hidden gems.
🙌🙌🙌
Thanks again Tahir for hosting another wonderful episode
Thanks 🙏 glad you liked it

It’s a 40% correction market
The amount of supply that’s there compared to 2008 - very high
