I don't personally like off plan properties after ending up loosing money on delayed handovers. I would like to invest in ready to handover units where I know how the unit looks like physically and know can get income right from the day 1.
It’s not that every project gets delayed, yes delays can happen but if you’ve invested in the right developer at the right price then nothing to worry about of course investing in ready units is great if you have the full cash available
Meydan definitely is a great location but you need to be very careful on which development within Meydan you’re choosing as there are lot of different projects

The host is prejudice against new agents. Both old and new say a lot just to sell. So you can’t say it’s just new agent. It’s about you as a person and what you believe.
I am not at all against new agents in fact I personally hire mostly only new agents for my team and train them. What I don’t appreciate is when new agents without any experience make claims and give clients wrong information just to sell. I always advise my clients based on facts and figures and then let the client decide if they wish to proceed or not. I have come across multiple people who bought believing everything the agent said to later find out it was not the facts
I am kind of old school, work with lot of ethics and integrity when it comes to my Real Estate clientage everything relatable to me Tahir.
