I am very grateful to Mr. Hickman for making this video. I naturally tip tongue. However, about a year ago, I was persuaded to switch to dorsal tonguing. What a struggle, and it proved to be unproductive even after many hours of conscientious practice. So today I returned to tip tonguing. What a relief. And then I watched this video. I only wish I had seen it before making the switch. I never would have done it, and I would have saved myself from fighting against what comes naturally. Mr. Hickman's explanation, which is based on anatomical differences between us, makes perfect sense. I am now a subscriber and will follow his sage advice.
Ok, it's actually a lot harder to dorsal tongue than I thought it would. Do you know any people who have posted videos on how to dorsal tongue? Thanks.

Thanks for making these videos Mr Hickman. Do you have any opinion on the movement/position of the jaw in relation to tonguing? Best wishes
Thanks for the tip! I will try this since I have tongue tie and can't tongue like the rest of the band does.

@@decoderhacker4062 Peter Bond posted a video on Facebook if that helps. Jens Lindemann talks about it too in his masterclass on TH-cam
