I'm a computer tech, and have had the complete run of diagnosing the friggin black screen on this customers lenovo with the camera trying to do a zoom meeting setup. It's only been a couple of days I've been working on this, but I was floored coming across this video that contains the most ridiculous solution a tech would think of, but ended up being the answer to the problem! Thank you for sharing this video, I was literally about to give up and assume a hardware issue. Good lord
