God bless you! I saw this video long time ago for the same issue and I forgot, and again I searched every where for the same problem, I did all the non senses steps on other videos until I came across this angel again and fixed my black screen camera. LOVE

I think it's cool that you saw a racoon. I' saw one in Yosemite when I was a little girl. They come to eat food from the cabins and are quite tame!! The real reason that I came here is to tell you that you saved the day with your video about fixing a black camera on the Lenovo computer! I was researching everywhere on how to fix it, and they were saying to uninstall and reinstall the software. I was almost about to do that because I ran the computer diagnostics, and nothing worked! But guess what, I stumbled across your video... and voila!... my camera was up and running in 2 seconds flat! This is a borrowed laptop since my other one broken, but I have a college test to take in a few days that required a proctoring app, but my camera wouldn't work on the test run. I'm also sitting in a dimly lit room and can't even see the sliding button on the camera, but after seeing your video, I felt up there and sure enough I slid it open and had my camera working again!! I'm so happy! You'd think that Lenovo would have this as one of their basic suggestions for the camera not working! Anyhow... I appreciate your efforts to share what you've learned. I'm praying for you!
