    What an episode..!
    Kargupta Sir has a unique ability to explain complex ideas in such a simple language.
    Topics like standard deviation, acceptance criteria, and NDT are looked upon as dry subjects but Nirmalendu Kargupta Sir uses analogies like Sehwag and Rahul Dravid; and makes the topic so interesting.
    It is always a pleasure to hear Kargupta Sir on concrete - one of the true experts in concrete technology in India today.
    Many thanks to organiser Mr Rishabh for this excellent podcast series. The studio and the background looks great too.

      Wo Z value hai. Ek probability constant hai. Ea kuch probability ya area represent korte hai. Har Z value ke liye ek X value hote hai. 1.65 ki matlab koi ek particular X value upar 95% aur uski niche max 5% samples rah sakte hai.
