The puller fan can work by itself however the factory wiring uses the pusher fan if it has that option when the A/C pressure increases.
Wiring may need to be adjusted.

can u be a little more clear on the wiring so u run a positive cable with a fuse that positive goes where to the connecter to which cable ??

Very cool! My fan was not working and I tested everything. Fuse ok. Relays ok. and Getting power to the fan plug. Then I decided to connect the fan directly to the battery (12v) and it was dead. But If I connect the fan to my 20V drill battery the fan powers up perfect. Maybe the motor is so old it can't power up at 12V. Thoughts?

Yes it might happen. I did all this on the video and it worked but still had some random problems after that of the fan sometimes working and sometimes not, being too old and heavy, and getting stuck to kick (depending on the position it last stopped) even with good/new battery. Ended up deleting the whole thing and revamping even more with electric fan (same system on the video, just a different fan itself) hope it helped.

Good to know. I corrected my previous comment. If I connect to my 20V drill battery the fan starts but not at 12v from the car. Even though the fan is 12v fan. So I just ordered a new fan. I’ll see how it goes and report back.

Factory fans have a 0.5 ohm 100w resistor wired in near the fan motor. These can fail, test the motor without a resistor.

Thank you. I went ahead and replaced the fan. It works perfect now!
