To test whether they really are that different, grow cuttings from each yourself in the same container then pollinate the blooms with the same pollen. It could be that the difference is no more or less than the difference between the fruits of plants grown from seeds germinated from the same piece of fruit. Not each germinated seed will produce the identical plant, and not each plant will produce the identical fruit.
