point 4 pl check 2/3 of thickness means dia of aggregate be maximum 2/3 of thickness, suppose thicness of layer is 60mm, then max dia of aggregate is 2/3x60=40 mm
No it should not be more then ,75mm if engineers permit but then also it should not exceed then 2/3 of compact layer Ex 250 is comapcted layer so 166mm more size particles should be remove
