Soon as I saw CrossFit and muscle up in the title knew it would be a kipping MU - never disappointed. Try it properly - hint - 1kipping pull won’t be enough. Have a look at Callisthenic Movement or channels like that if you want a description of a muscle up. Clue is the feet - for an MU feet should be under hips pointed at the ground with knees straight as much as possible - do not lean back - then you actually need muscle power as opposed to momentum.
Thanks for the recommendation and comment! I've been coaching CrossFit for over 10 years, and can say with certainty that not everyone can do it that way. That being said, a strict muscle up is also a great skill to work on. If you can do that, these are much easier:)
@@paradisocrossfit1 Taking the easy way isn't gonna improve you. if you never truly beat your own ass while training you get nowhere. I do not think the easy way is the best way you can take. The muscle up is a feat of pure strength. not skill. if you can't do it you are not trying hard enough.
Grazie mille ottima spiegazione molto istruttiva bravo insegnante ne farò tesoro

In all honesty, I'm not a fan of CrossFit, but heck - this guide was really well-made!

Yeah! Let me know how it goes!:)
Great!
When it comes to muscle up why crossfitters in all videos are banging like fish out of the water?? This is not a muscle up,...this is acrobatics!
wtf
Now do it without the help of your legs. Everyone can do it that way.

Lmao roasted u in the most polite way possible. Quit being a CF hater Lazy King.
Nope- I’ve been trying to use me legs but it hasn’t happened for me yet so you are dead wrong Mr Lazy King
At least have the decency to call it a kipping muscle up
Thanks for your feedback! I actually think it should say, "Kipping bar muscle up" to be perfectly accurate.
